Your Responsibilities

As a plumbing installer, you will work with the installation and commissioning of heating systems, particularly heat pumps, for residential customers and within properties. You ensure correct installations according to applicable regulations and standards — including piping, electrical connections, and placement of components.

Your responsibilities include:

• installation and commissioning of heating systems
• piping, connection, and system installation according to Safe Water standards
• testing and functionality checks
• customer advice on heating systems and energy savings
• ongoing customer communication during the project
• documentation of installations and certificates

Your Profile

You are the right person if you have experience in plumbing installations and enjoy working on-site with customers in both residential and commercial environments. Experience with heat pump installations (geothermal, air/water, exhaust) is a plus.

You work digitally in your daily routine and are accustomed to planning systems, documentation, and reporting. As an installer, you are Enwell's face to the customer, and the customer experience is a central part of the job.

As a person, you are social and confident in customer dialogue, responsible, and self-driven. You have a structured and solution-oriented approach to work and are quality-conscious, ambitious, and a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge.

You will be part of a team where both experienced installers and newcomers to the industry work together, and there is plenty of room for development.
